Once your dumpster rental is scheduled, we will require the payment details that we keep on file. If you are assessed a fee, that amount will be charged to the credit card that is on file. You will then receive an email bill detailing the charge’s amount and reason.

There is typically a fee of $85 per ton extra for overloading your dumpster. In the event that goods cannot fit below the fill line, you will probably also need to order an additional container.

Every charge is made as it is incurred. Overage fees are typically billed the same day or the day following pickup.

Regarding dumpsters positioned on private property, streets, or any other public right of way, each town has its own set of rules and permit requirements. Make contact with your local municipality to obtain information about the rules and expenses associated with obtaining any required permits.

We don’t always come and retrieve the dumpster on the scheduled day since some clients require it to be removed sooner and others require it to be removed later. When you’re prepared for a pickup, just give us a ring or send us a text. 677-800-7160

Nothing may be poking out of the top of the container; the material must be level at that point. There is no room for tires in the dumpster. You will be charged $25 per tire if tires are discovered in the dumpster.

The driver will cover the load with a tarp when the dumpster is being picked up in order to confine it during transportation. We kindly request that you avoid loading anything into the dumpster above the top rails that could obstruct the tarp. Make an effort to equally distribute the weight and maintain a flat load. You must empty the dumpster to a safe level before we can remove it if the dumpster is loaded incorrectly and cannot be moved safely for any reason. We reserve the right to reject pickup if your dumpster is overfilled, and there may be a minimum $150 trip fee.

While not required, having someone on site to assist with dumpster delivery and removal is desirable. When answering the delivery questions, please be as descriptive as you can be, though, since the driver will use their best judgment to deliver the dumpster and position the rolloff container in the safest accessible location. Should there be a need to move the dumpster, you will be liable for all costs associated with doing so if the onsite contact is unavailable for delivery.
